This is a required announcement of the proposed slate of directors for next season. This year we will not be having a general membership meeting at the gallery to vote on this slate because of Covid-19.
A procedure will be developed to allow for remote voting (probably via Email). The vote will take place in February.
In the list below, the number after each name is the number of years on the board at the end of 2021-2022 season. The proposed slate is:
